A once well maintained property where residents were valued and respected that is now managed with no regard for excellence over savings. Overpriced and constantly adding mandatory services at additional costs without considering if the tenants value said services. Still a nice location and relaxing environment for families and individuals who don’t expect much.

I have lived at Park on Memorial for a few years now and have found it to be truly a great place to call home. I am thrilled to live in apartment community that is spacious with lots of open area to walk and plenty of plants, trees, and nature to see. I have gotten to know some really terrific people here and have really enjoyed the sense of community with other residents and staff. Good place to call home.
