Park on Napoli

I have to leave a new review since the leasing office has new people. Yes, I am still living here since 2022 before they even finished building bldg 7 & 8, and I just want to say that Mike and Devonta are THE BEST!!!!! Honestly, besides the complex still looks good and up to date and they take care of the property and a shout out to courtesy office that looks out for the residents and take care of the problems that go on after hours, glad park on Napoli has one because they needed it! It... really depends on the leasing staff in the office for me that plays a BIG part for me to continue to reside here. Mike is so good at managing hands down, he has taken care of everything I needed and answer any questions and very patient at explaining things as far as rent matters, work orders, etc. He is fully committed to his work and care about the residents. I lived in other apt complex’s that where very nice but they leasing staff sucked! Davonte is so kind, patient and ALWAYS smiling and a breath of fresh air, sometime I call the leasing office just to tell Devonta hello because his mood is so refreshing, and he has help me as well and knows what he doing when it comes to explaining and solving issues as well. I don’t know what happen with Joshua the manager which he was good as well but I’m glad we still have the asst manager Mike and Devonta here bc if not I would NOT renew my lease come this December. I been living here from the opening staff until now and I honestly can say I am glad some of them are gone because they didn’t care about residents issue’s and no I will not name them. Thank you Mike, and Devonta for being exceptional and getting things done especially in a timely manner. Since Josh is gone, Mike need to be manager and Devonta asst manger now that will be a power team staff right there!!!! I have been living here for 2 years and it has been great. The leasing office staff truly care about the community and our needs. Maintenance staff is fast and keeps the community cleans.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment complex is always clean, well-kept, and feels very comfortable to come home to. The amenities are also a huge plus — everything from the common areas to the extras is thoughtfully maintained and actually useful. You can tell the management really puts in the effort to keep everything in great shape. I’m honestly so happy I found this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable community.

good clean area and management responds quickly. The pool is also kept clean and garbage isn't just piled up or left out. I don't like all the fees they didn't mention but it's only my second apartment I'll be sure to keep that in mind next time

Very homey vibes, and a peaceful atmosphere within the community. Everyone is very nice and helpful. If there are any issues that need to be dealt with like maintenance, etc. they do it immediately and on time. The food trucks are a huge plus!:) Just wish for an unleashed dog park to top it off for all the little fur babies to run free.
