Rude office staff, take there sweet time on fixing any issues and won't communicate any time frame of repairs or appliance replacement. I've been waiting almost a whole month for them to replace my broken washer.

beautiful area, well kept complex, office staff friendly and helpful, very quiet and convenient location, prices are a bit steep but you are mostly paying for the area and the amenities which are well worth it.

Staff is very friendly and approachable. Maintenance requests are completed fairly quickly, I wish they would fix the back gate after 1.5 years of it being broken. Fairly quiet and safe area but extremely expensive for what you get.

Complained multiple times about noise from neighbors at 2 in the morning every day. Noise is from movement of heavy machinery. Don't know what kind of work is going on in the unit but I'm pretty you can't do any commercial activities in an apartment.
The staff told me to deal with it on my own by calling the police. Also told me that she didn't believe there were any noise occurring. Literally her words.
