It is a nice place to live

Thos is a very nice apartment complex. It is quiet and safe. Maintenance is very reliable and keep the propety clean. Everything is in good condition. The location is excellent. It is close to major freeways as well as the Metro Park and Ride. There are several stores and amenities near. Finally it is a very affordable place to live.

EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!

The staff is awesome. Maria and Brenda are the most helpful I've ever met. There is always parking available. The area is very nice, calm, and safe. I had no problems with payment and no pest issues. This place rocks! I actually forgot to turn in my notice to move out, and they let me stay a few extra days (with payment of course) and they were so kind and nice about it. If I could give them a tip, I SURELY WOULD! Keep doing what you're doing. The neighbors are very social and cordial; no… problems there. The pool is always clean. GREAT PLACE TO STAY! 10 STARS ON MY BEHALF!

Great aparments!!

Great apartments complex!! all staff is excellent and nice to everyone!! so nice and great on keeping residents happy would totally recommend to anyone

Great place to live

What I like about this property is how quiet it is and everyone is super friendly the staff are amazing!!!! Usually at apartments complex at least one staff is rude no they are all EXTREMELY COOL!! they always keep you updated and they are always willing to answer any questions I’ve lived here for three years any time I ever had a problem they fixed it immediately maintenance are always on it I don’t have to wait an hour or two and if I do they call and explain for the delay and the pools are… amazing they are always cleaned the grounds always look well kept and did I mention SO QUIET!!! I love living here and I’ve been in Houston for 5years and these apartments are by far my favorite ??
