Oak Bend Apartments

Love it here! My puppy loves the dogs park! When my family comes and visits we love going to the playground and the pool! It’s also super convenient with H-E-B, Target, and other shopping stores just around the corner. Supper close to schools! I also love Tomball’s downtown, it’s within walking distance, full of fun events, and every Saturday there’s a farmers market we always enjoy! The office staff is also amazing!

I Gary Moore Jr do not and will never recommend Oakbend Apartments to anyone not even the homeless. If you’re homeless and you’ve been blessed enough to get back on your feet just stay at the shelter do not even apply to Oakbend Apartments. My wife and I moved in 4 months ago from Mississippi. From the time we moved in it’s been nothing but headaches. After driving six hours to come take a tour everything seemed fine. That quickly changed. The apartment we was showed was nothing like the one… that was given to us. Yes they informed us about the up charge to have back splash in the kitchen and stainless steel but never once did I think my wife and I would arrive to an apartment on move in day to an apartment with paint all over the floor where they tried to rush and do a quick touch up paint job, no toilet paper holders were replaced and was badly patched up. Let’s not even begin to talk about the zoo that Oakland Apartments allows to take place with all the stray cats that are allowed to roam around, chill in front of your front door, and or on your patio for rent free. I’m allergic to cats, when we moved in on June 21, 2024 I informed the office of all of my concerns with being blowed off for four months and now we are here. I informed the office that I’m allgeric to cats on more than one occasion and nothing was done, it wasn’t until September 30 2024 before the office managers took any steps or actions to start removing the cats. They will deny it but a young lady in the office told me that I would need to set traps to catch the cats and then I would have to call someone to have them removed. After running out of patience we are here. My wife and I have plants on our patio and Halloween decoration in front of our front door. I have pictures and video footage of the lawn company that’s not properly servicing the apartment complex kicking and destroying my Halloween decorations and they damaged my plants and left my patio a mess on more than one occasion with all the debris that they are to lazy to properly remove. At this point I Gary Moore Jr no longer wants to correspond with anyone in the office, I only want to speak to corporate at this point. We are so happy with the new management at Oak Bend Apts! The positive changes they have implemented have truly enhanced our living experience. From improved maintenance responsiveness to a renewed sense of community, we couldn't be happier. Kudos to the new management for their dedication to making Oak Bend an even better place to call home!

Its a very family friendly place. Very nice and quite. The manager Ariana is amazing. She takes the time out to get to know everyone, is very personable. She treats the complex like a little community with little friday treats at rhe office and little back to school parties or holiday events for the kids. If I had any questions or needed something fixed she was quick to respond. She was amazing with my children and family. Having a manager that you feel some closeness to is great for our little… community. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or family. Overall I'm very pleased with the complex and staff. They also have an onsite officer that knows the children with special needs, as my son has autism it is very important to me to feel close to the community and my surroundings. Read More
