Las llamadas a la oficina siempre fueron buenas amables y siempre dispuestas ayudar. Puedo decirles con toda sinceridad que pueden confiar en este grupo de personas en los Apartamentos, en los cuales los los he recomendado en el transcurso de estos años, en los cuales muchas de mis amistades han vivido de lo mejor y… felices las razones por las cuales no me voy con mi familia es porque hemos adquirido un nuevo hogar, muy agradecidos y también en este mensaje quiero darme gratitud a ellos por haberme dado un hogar por seis años. I experienced ongoing harassment and retaliation from both staff and a tenant during my time here. Whenever I tried to communicate concerns with management, I was met with passive-aggressive behavior and misleading statements. Staff repeatedly claimed certain things were “in the lease” when they clearly were not. I reviewed the lease multiple… times and even had others review it as well.The problems started when my upstairs neighbor constantly dropped trash and cigarette debris onto my porch. After I reported it, the situation escalated. The neighbor began making excessive noise late at night and early in the morning often between 3–5 AM. It became a pattern, especially whenever they knew I was home. The stomping and loud movement across the heavy floorboards became constant.
I sent videos and multiple complaints to the office, but nothing changed. The lack of sleep became so severe that I started taking antidepressants and was regularly late to work because I could barely rest. I understand apartment living comes with some noise, but management walked both my apartment and the upstairs unit themselves and confirmed the noise could barely be heard during normal walking. That made it obvious the behavior was intentional.
What made the situation even more disturbing was discovering the individual causing these issues was part of the maintenance staff. This was someone who had already entered my apartment previously for repairs, which made me feel extremely unsafe knowing they had easy access to my home. Management showed little concern for my safety.
After I installed a Ring camera, my physical WiFi cord was cut. My bills were fully paid, and even if they weren’t, internet service providers disable service they don’t physically cut cords. It felt like retaliation for trying to protect myself.
There were other incidents as well. At one point, someone from staff knocked my trash far from my door while I was away. Instead of cleaning it up, they took pictures and walked past it multiple times.
The environment became so stressful and unsafe that I eventually had to move back in with my parents. Despite that, I was not allowed to break my lease and continued paying rent from September through February just to avoid damage to my credit. Read More

I've been living at this complex for going on three years now and I'm still enjoying the amenities. The maintenance crew are spectacular. Within recent months, my A/C unit was replaced a few minor adjustments were made, but were done quickly, professionally, and proficiently. The ladies in the front office are a delight to speak to in the morning while fetching my coffee. If I could give no stars I would. The application process is a joke. I was told that my paystubs AND bank statements were processed thru some BS system that they use to verify your docs and my docs came back unverifiable although my docs are legitimate. They also make you provide the employer fax and hr email address only to not use that method to verify employment. I was told by the assistant manager, I believe Ana was her name but I could be wrong, that and I quote "Your app was denied and… that is not going to change, I'm the assistant manager and we have already closed your file." She was super rude so maybe I'm dodging a bullet with this property.
