Crossings at Cherry Apartment Homes

These people are very good at collecting the rent. I've been here for 6 years and I've never paid them late and that's not enough for them. I have reported my bathtub for about a year because it is carapaling and I never get it fixed. Tube to pay to be repaired now is the same as the other bathtub the report and nothing until the Manager does not ok do not fix anything goes about a month. They invest a lot in green areas on the face of the complex but the apartments inside are so old that the… gavinetes (kitchen furniture) are awful and have moth or ko let themselves be fooled by the pictures of the apartment model nothing to do with reality and maintenance of the apartments that rent. I have been here 4 years as of December 13, 2017. It has changed ownership twice. The two previous management companies were horrendous, Mosaic being the last. The new managers/company are fantastic. There has been a complete reversal of customer service and business ethics. Renovations began immediately, not just cosmetics but functional replacements. I had visited with 9 managers over my time here to fix problems that are/were 4 years old, I visited with the David and Elvia (the managers) and… they resolved and are resolving those concerns swiftly! I gotta say I had been promised 9 times that things would be remedied and the 10th time was the charm, things have changed for the better. I enjoy the small amount of units here (124), one drive in and out, it is surrounded by a church on one side, fields on two and a nice neighborhood on the other, Tomball police/fire is within a mile, easy access to everything! I just wish this management company had been here the entire 4 years! I predict after the new property owners are finished upgrading it will be one of the premier apartments in Tomball to live in. I moved here about a year ago and the property management was so helpful! Our move in was quick and easy and she even knocked off $100 on the monthly rent. Sounds good right? YEAH UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT came in!!!! They are rude, they suck up every penny you have!!! And they even went into our home and took our TV. READ THE LEASE BEFORE SIGNING!!!! rent is due on the 3rd I called multiple times to resolves a situation that was going on and NO ONE ANSWERS, after nearly a year of ON TIME PAYMENTS… next thing you know our TV is gone and THEY DO NOT TELL YOU until you call the cops and make a huge ordeal. I love my apartments management is amazing! Te only bad thing is it's not updated! It's the prefect size for my small family! Rent is reasonable!
