I recommend SoDo on Main as a great place to live. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues. I have been residing at SoDo on Main, South Tower and, overall, my experience has been positive. The concierge team is consistently courteous and professional, and the views from the property are truly impressive. Been here for over a year and I must say I wouldn’t leave this place!!! The amenities are amazing and I love that they are pet friendly to all breeds as long as they are not aggressive. Very supportive and you definitely get your rents worth here. I wouldn’t past it up. Oh and the rent is affordable. For this area very good pricing

I’ve lived in Houston my entire life, and this is my first high-rise apartment. I have to say, both the residents and staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The views in the mornings and at night are truly something special.

I recently moved into SoDo on Main North Tower and I’ve had such a great experience so far! The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. My leasing agent, Kaayla, was amazing throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, stayed communicative throughout the process, and was just so kind. Concierge has been extremely helpful too. The views are UNREAL and UNMATCHED. Floor to ceiling windows all around, you really can’t beat it. The location is also a huge plus. Being in... downtown, you’d expect chaos, but it actually feels really nice and well-positioned. Onsite market, Coffee shop & bakery is also downstairs! The rooftop pool, gym, clubhouse, and onsite market and businesses are chef’s kiss. 10/10. Views everywhere and you really don’t have to leave your place if you don’t want to.
