This place is disgusting, roaches everywhere and constant shootings. Maintenance left four huge holes in my wall and never fixed it after a water leak. They didn’t fix the leak either so water damaged my stuff

Gang violence, almost got shot walking my dogs, they left a leak in my apartment for months and did nothing, when they finally did come they left drywall all over my apartment for another month. Including huge holes in the wall

Maintenance is greatly improved but, upstairs neighbors constantly throw thrash in my garden. Everyday sees beer cans, cigar wrappers, rotten food and food wrappers. Have been called vulgar names because of my complaints. Manager Elizabeth is good about investigating complaints.

I have been trying to move out of these apartments ever since I first moved in. The children are out all night without supervision. The men drink on the stairs all weekend. And at night you are lucky if your neighbors are quiet at all. I can't remember the last time I had a full nights rest.

I have lived at the spring rose for a few months and so far it has been a decent apartment. It is a nice size but the neighborhood is not that great. I would not want to live here longer than a year even though the apartment I have is cheap for a two bedroom. I would rather move than listen to my neighbor play music nonstop on the weekend and stop their feet all morning but I need to save as much as I can right now. The apartment is good but the people here are not the best.
