Love this place it’s great ! Office staff is terrific . I can go on but I’m enjoying my stay and maintenance did a great job . I just renewed and I’m happy to be apart of the community

I am a licensed Texas real estate agent. I provided a tenant locator service and issued an invoice to Stadia Med Main that has remained unpaid for over a year. This is my personal experience. I would not recommend working with this company.

Per your request, I've reached out to the property manager as of yesterday. I was unable to speak with her or confirm if Graystar's AP Dept has posted a check number and mailed check to our office.

Emailed property manager,... regional manager and CEO. No response as of today.

Followed via email on 2/17/26 with property manager and regional manager on outstanding invoices. Still haven't received an update of payment status or tracking information.

This place is the best to live in can honestly say even with my minor issues the staff always make sure to keep things good with me! Love love love! Best staff since I’ve been here

My move in experience at Stadia Med Main has been beyond my expectations! Lauryn was extremely helpful from the minute I toured the complex in August to my decision in apply in October. Everything from the residential events, amenities, up to date/tech featured units and location have been influential on my stay. I’m so satisfied with my decision. I feel safe and welcome in this place I get to call my home! Thank you for making this an easy process!
