I’ve been staying over here for a while, and it is an excellent property. Not only are the apartments updated and spacious but the environment is safe and peaceful. I have never experienced problems with management or any issues with the apartment. Would recommend for any one looking for a home.

Current resident that has been living for over 3 years. This is place isn't just a house but a home, the community is wonderful and truly makes a neighborhood like no other. Management is exceptional, any inconveniences or issues have been dealt with in an orderly manner due to the wonderful manager. Would reccommend for anyone who is looking for a safe environment and location to live in.

Better than the rest
My daughter lived here for two years until she moved out of the city. It was her first apartment, and we looked at a lot of properties before finding this one. It was by FAR the best we saw. The property manager Charles lives on-site. In two years my daughter only had one major maintenance issue and it was resolved very quickly. Within days all repairs were done. For being in a busy area the complex is very quiet. If you’re looking for a well-maintained unit in this area, please check with... Charles!

Great Management and Staff
These are great apartments. Charles managed to get me approved and ready for move-in in a single day. After that is when you expect the attention to fall off, but not here. When you need assistance it is easy to get ahold of someone and Charles updates everyone via email when there are any emergencies such as water shutoffs for a leak or even someone's pet escaping (I have seen multiple situations where the apartment community managed to find someone's pet for them!). If you have any problems at... all they are quick to address them.I have since relocated to another city, but if I were to come back to Houston they would be my first call!
