Happy Resident!

I've lived at Commons at Westchase for a while now, and it's been a good place to call home. No apartment community is perfect, but the office staff has always treated me with respect and has been willing to help whenever I've had an issue or a question. Maintenance has also been responsive, and they've taken care of my work orders in a reasonable amount of time. I like the location because it's close to everything I need, and the community has continued to make improvements. The staff works… hard, and it shows. Overall, I've had a positive experience living here, and I'd recommend Commons at Westchase to anyone that is looking! Thank you guys!

Great apartment community!

I've had a great experience at Commons at Westchase. The office staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is quick to respond and works hard to keep the community looking its best. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. I also appreciate the improvements being made throughout the property and the effort the staff puts into creating a welcoming community. If you're… looking for an affordable place to live with a team that genuinely cares about its residents, I would definitely recommend Commons at Westchase.

Do not move there

This was the most unpleasant experience I had. Management is really bad, their communication is not very honest to say the least, they are rude and lazy, overcharging, place is infested with roaches, maintenance takes more than 3 days to fix anything, raccoons roam through the place. Even that they charge monthly for pest control there is none ever done.

Crooked Apartment Complex

I stayed here at the commons for two years.
This was the worst experience I ever experienced with an apartment complex.
My car window was busted in
People cars get towed
The apartment managers charged my account twice for rent without my permission with two different transaction and then stated to me when I came to the office that I did it.
The apartment managers took almost a full month to give me my money back and then charged me extra fees as if I didn’t pay my rent on time which was… something I paid faithfully for two years. I moved out of the apartment and gave a notice the managers added a 600 dollar fee to my account like I ruined the apartment and didn’t pay my rent. I took pictures of my apartment before I moved so I have proof of what they have on paper is false.
Now the apartment complex have reported me to the credit bureau with false information
I would highly suggest not moving here
