Maintenance is very good and quick. They do a great job.

I have been a resident since 2022. I have had an issue with insects coming into my Master Bedroom window over the last several months. I have made several request to eliminate this problem. They have not done so. I sent photos and video of them and where they are coming from. They replaced the wall, not the insulation(they were not coming from there) at the pest "supervisors" request. They replaced a small portion of the ceiling. Still nothing. I have sent a formal complaint to HAA and still… nothing. I was even blamed for the insect issue, asked if I had pets(I do not), asked if my sink was dirty(it is not), told that I was the only resident having these issues(I am not). I have found these insects on my bed, in my dresser, flying in my bathroom and closet. Most recently, one flew and landed on my arm LAST NIGHT. Communication from this office is sub par at best. I am having to reach out to check on the status of this. You would think I would be a priority with a problem such as this. Very happy with the apartment, the treatment of the excellent office, both Eli and Blanca, very attentive to us. Very clean common areas and 100 maintenance. I recommend them.
