I love living at The Rice. The residents, office team, front desk and valet always make me feel like part of a community. Most importantly, that community is welcoming and filled with love and grace. It really is a great place to call home.

I had such a great experience touring at The Rice Apartments! Steven was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. The Rice has been a wonderful experience so far. My apartment is beautiful and I enjoy being so close to work. As well as the staff and maintenance, they’re all very helpful and efficient.

Rice is great. Lobby? The worst thing I’ve ever seen. Gym? Not so much. Should be focusing on expanding the gym instead of our barely used pool area that nobody uses anyway.
