Rice is great. Lobby? The worst thing I’ve ever seen. Gym? Not so much. Should be focusing on expanding the gym instead of our barely used pool area that nobody uses anyway.

My dog was murdered here. And the person who had the murderous dog is invited to allow another dog. That’s insane.

I’ve been assaulted here and am permanently deaf. This is by far the worst life experience I have ever had in any living situation. The pattern of negligence continues.

Nothing works. Fixes take months. Doing construction on the lobby for 6 months. All that has been done is a new floor. Really great place to live

I have lived in the building for three years. It’s been the most enjoyable community. My loft is so well designed and maintenance is always prompt with any concern. I highly recommend it to friends all the time. Great place with great people.
