HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

I lived there 2 yrs. just moved. Frmr mgr was promoted by Westlake after she has had many complaints of abusive verbal behavior. She is Rude, impatient, Belligerent and caustic. Faiked to repair to critical issues 1 health hazard 1 damaged my property so reported to State. She harassed and sought revenge and filed a false APS report on me regarding mental health . Rats, bugs, drugs, Health hazards and more. Using pandemic to offer ZERO services well over a year. No access to club house or... office. Biz center was never functioning even b4 covid. Poor bldg housekeeping. Men Sleeping in Stair wells. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
