My move in experience was good. I was really impressed with the maintenance staff and their quick response to the small work orders that needed to be addressed.

I'm very happy living here. The community is quiet, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I truly feel at home. The only downside is that there are many dogs in the building, and some of them are aggressive breeds, which can be a bit concerning at times.

I've lived at Virage for more than 4 years and there are multiple reasons I haven't left. In my experience, after thoroughly researching the other local complexes at renewal time in prior years, there's no perfect complex. How well a property is maintained isn't just on the current management company. A BIG part of it is due to the residents and their pride (or lack thereof) in their current home/property.
I've found that Virage is the best local complex for me in my price range. The... office staff and maintenance team are responsive and friendly. Hugo has quickly and professionally handled my repair requests. He's friendly and takes the time to answer any questions I may have if I'm here when he arrives.
I love the location and especially the front outdoor part of the property that looks out onto Memorial Drive. It's an unusual design that makes Virage stand out and my dog and I love hanging out there in the late afternoons.
