Warwick at Westchase is an apartment community in Houston, TX
I had moved in about a year ago, and the consumer service was terrible. Maintenance requests were not handled effectively. However, the last three months have been incredible. Maintenance has improved, and the customer service is truly there. I’m always at work, so I can’t come in and meet them in person, but they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure they email or call me back whenever I have concerns. I want to take the opportunity to mention this improvement.

Love living here
Me gusta mucho vivir en estos apartamentos. El lugar es tranquilo, limpio y muy seguro. Las áreas comunes siempre están bien cuidadas y el mantenimiento responde rápido. Mi esposa y yo nos sentimos cómodos y felices aquí. Angie es excelente, muy amable y profesional. Siempre está dispuesta a ayudar y resolver cualquier problema. Recomendamos este lugar sin duda. I love living here !

Apartamentos a muy buen precio y excelente servicio a cliente
Tuve un tour con Angie y fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, paciente y atenta. Estoy extremadamente agradecida por la atención al cliente que recibí; respondió todas mis preguntas con mucha claridad y siempre con una actitud muy positiva. Los apartamentos son muy espaciosos y tienen un excelente precio. Definitivamente estoy considerando rentar aquí tan pronto como expire mi contrato actual. ¡Recomiendo mucho este lugar! Tienen muy buenos precios, ya quiero... vivir aquí y la piscina es genial.

Excelente administración
Dejo mis 5 estrellas para Warwick at Westchase. Es una excelente comunidad para vivir, hacen eventos cada mes y el ambiente es muy agradable. Los apartamentos son amplios, la piscina es espectacular y todo me queda cerca. Gracias a Angie, Vianeth y Ángela por ser tan lindas y atentas.

I have been living for over a year
I’ve been living on the property for a year now, and it’s truly been a wonderful place to call home. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the property is well cared for. I want to give all the kudos to Angie she genuinely cares about her residents and the property. She is always communicative, professional, and attentive. Anytime there’s a question or concern, she responds promptly and goes above and beyond to help. Her top tier customer service and dedication really make a difference in the... overall living experience. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and that level of care does not go unnoticed.
