I love it here, I’ve been here for many years! The staff is very helpful and it’s the perfect location in the city. Traffic can get/be tricky due to the area but there are several ways around the traffic.

Could maintain property better. Fix the internet. It is terrible. Better property management l, make a lot of false promises of things being fixed or working on it and never do. Internet, call box, elevator, paint and carpet in hallways.

It's been good but the waterwall parking situation needs to be fixed and is extremely convenient when there is high traffic because it is almost impossible to get into the garage

The WaterWall is a very serene and secured apartment, in a very scenic neighborhood. The Staff are very proactive and always ready to provide needed assistance. The maintenance culture is top notch.

Walking distance to great restaurants and Galleria Mall. Amenities are great: outstanding gym and pool area. Office desks and conference room are available if you work from home. Maintenance team responds quicly.
