Lakeshore Villas Apts are a wonderful place to live and is located in an area where you are close to many grocery stores, banks, schools and restaurants. It is a very quiet and clean apartment complex. You don't hear any guns going off and I haven't heard of any crime happening anywhere here, like it is in other parts of Houston. My husband and I have enjoyed living here for many years and hope to live here for years to come.

I have been here since December last year. I love the trail at the back facing Lake Houston. I run there on some evenings. The locale is serene and the management are doing a great job. I will renew my lease for sure.

Inside office staff and maintenance is the best I’ve had! I looked at an apartment. Moved in with very minor issues that were fixed the same day. Light bulb went out. And the door to my room was a little stuck. From the beginning. I have felt so good about the decision I made to move here. The view is beautiful. The grounds are clean. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help. My neighbors rock! I freaking love this place! Thank you to everyone that has made my new apartment feel great!

The manager is EXTREMELY
unprofessional, rude, and definitely isn‘t familiar with the term customer service! It was the managers nastiness that led to my choosing NOT TO RENT at this complex. Know that there are several apartment complexes in the area and worth the time it takes to shop around.
