It hasn't been pleasant from smoking ,loud music and unsupervised pets. No response or appropriate assistance from local office with the exception of one person. The outside ,entry way ,pool and trash area unkempt .

Shortly after moving in I found out there was a roach infestation. Pest control coming out didn't help at all. Also living here during the summer was torture. My apartment would be 85 degrees all day no matter what I set the AC too. Maintenance said that it's because it was too hot outside which isn't true.

Very nice apartments. I really like the grounds and the amenities, as well as inside the apartments.

Broken in cars, bad maintenance, no hot water or pressure, cars on bricks, horrible gyms and they lie about how they will pay out commissions to people.
