Been sitting in the lobby for about 20 minutes, while 4 people are in the office area sitting around the desk. Have yet to even be acknowledged. Another person even came in and sat for a bit, but left. Must be a very very important meeting about retention and fill rates.
I’ll come somewhere else.

Great place to live. A number of area amenities that include walking/bike trails, shopping, theater, restaurants, minutes away from grocery stores, and The Woodlands.

I would not recommend this property. Looks good on the outside and front office looks good but to many problems on the inside. Water repairs every other business day. The hallways on all floors stink. Smells like hot trash and weed. No security in hall ways. The doors remain unlocked or broke so anyone who is not a resident can just enter into the building. They have security here now after a long period of no security and to be honest these security guards couldn’t even bust a fruit in a food... fight. They are old and can barely walk. If I was a criminal I would not take “security” serious. There are ants EVERYWHERE. All outside around the building, all over in the parking garage. This place is over priced for what you get. I could rent a house for the price of these apartments and not have to deal with this community as a whole. This will be our last lease we will fulfill here.

Security cameras in the garage need to work as I moved in and within two weeks all 4 of my tires wheels were stolen. Then only two weeks later a truck with a hitch backed into my car and didn’t notify me. And camera footage was retrieved when police requested. Also, there are residents who live here crammed in apartments that are very bad individuals who threaten other tenants and commit crimes on property. The smell of marijuana coming from the apartments are so strong when you are walking down... the hall. You can’t even go sit outside in the courtyard or pool courtyard area without getting a secondary high from tent ants smoking marijuana with no regard to others or children. Consistent water shutoffs from water leaks constantly. Etc….. Kayla in the office is super amazing and maintenance is super amazing but it’s the living conditions that are not safe and constantly smelling marijuana and water shutoffs. Etc and more.
