Summer Gate needs to work on their communication.. they have a tendency to turn off the water at random hours, without notice. Also, they will change your mailbox lock without notice. They have poor communication with their residents.

Summer Gate is an excellent Community

Lovely community Kita and Christy are very sweet and knowledgeable, maintenance is very quick with work order turnovers and the property is very peaceful.

Summer Gate Review

Property is quiet and well kept, staff is amazing I've been a resident since Covid first started and I was so pleased how the staff donated food, gave away mask and cleaning supplies. I've been renting for a long time and I've never received anything from the apartments staff. Kita is awesome.
