We really enjoy living at Eden at Sunterra. The community is beautiful, quiet, and family-friendly, and the homes themselves are modern.

Unfortunately, our experience with the management team has been disappointing. It often feels like they’re either understaffed or there’s a lack of follow-through to ensure work orders and requests are completed properly. There have been times when issues weren’t fully resolved, requiring additional follow-up from us.

Another concern is the number of fees… tenants are charged. While we understand that fees are part of renting, we don’t always feel that the level of service matches what we’re paying for. Better communication, accountability, and timely completion of maintenance requests would go a long way toward improving the resident experience.

Overall, this is a great community with beautiful homes, but the property management could significantly improve the experience for residents

The insect inspection was completed on the outside of the home at every door and window. The ant piles in the yard were sprayed, and granules were placed. The response time for my request was quick.

Laura and Luis worked with the HVAC team to coordinate and complete the HVAC repair. The response time was the same day. It was the coldest time of the year for this time period, and they kept us in the loop. A part was needed to complete the repair. The HVAC team got the part in for repair. Luis and Laura ensured the repairs were completed quickly. It is good to know you can count on the Maintenance and Office team to ensure the property is taken care of correctly. Eden at Sunterra has… been a great choice for our family.

Eden at Sunterra has been a great choice for our family. At Eden Sunterra, the maintenance team is in place and ready to take care of your needs. The response time for your request is quick. Laura and Luis were great at working on the maintenance request we entered and were respectful of our time. All of the requests were completed and resolved.
Two (2) builder or landscaper issues that will be addressed by them when they contact us. Also, two (2) interior builder issues will be addressed by… them when they contact us.
