Elation at Grandway West is an apartment community in Katy, TX
It is right off of two main freeways! Off of grand parkway which is considered 99 and then off of interstate 10! Another major freeway! Luxurious apartments and very spacious! Amenities are amazing as well! I highly recommend checking this place out if you desire to live in Katy Texas!

I love this company
when I came here with my family to give a tour, everybody was super nice. I believe the manager her name is Darlene super sweet, super respectful. Her attitude was so great also yahaira she gave us a very good tour explained everything very well and left me with no questions. Everybody in the office is super sweet and I absolutely love their company.

Perfect Choice for living
I lived here 15 months and i absolutely loved it. The office was responsive and my maintenance request didn’t go unnoticed. My stay at Elation was great through and through, I have no complaints!

Loving my new community
I moved in at the end of June and I can honestly say I've enjoyed my time so far. The few times I've used the gym and clubhouse, the amenities were well taken care of. My neighbors have been nothing short of sweet. I have to give thanks to the incredible staff as well for making my move in process a cakewalk and making me feel welcomed. Especially the community manager Darlene, she was so patient with all my questions. Overall, I'm excited to continue my journey at Elation at Grandway West!
