Beautiful & Serene

Preserve at Baywood has to be one of the most beautiful and peaceful apartments I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Grounds are well maintained, I constantly see staff on the property picking up trash and working hard to keep it clean and beautiful and I love that I live somewhere that people can take pride in calling home. Maintenance has always taken care of my needs and the staff in the front office are always kind, welcoming and attentive to anything I've needed.

Gorgeous Views and Amenities

I absolutely love living at Preserve at Baywood. The property itself is stunning, there's a nature preserve that borders the back of the complex and has the best sunset views. The units are all spacious and have modern up-to-date appliances. The amenities onsite are also amazing. In addition I really appreciated how welcoming the leasing team there always is, they always greet you with a smile and genuinely care about your needs.

Very quiet and peaceful

I've been here for over 3 years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Apartments here are spacious and having access to 2 pools, dog parks and gyms are an added bonus. The evenings are very calm and quiet, and it feels more like a community than anything. Highly recommend!

It has everything.

This complex has it all. Two great dog parks — a large one with plenty of room for your pup to zoom around, and a smaller one with agility equipment for extra fun. There are also two beautiful pools, perfect for relaxing or cooling off, plus a clubhouse that’s great for hosting events. The apartments themselves have a nice, polished feel too
