Great apartments and wonderful management

I have just renewed my lease for another year after having lived in this Avalon Apartment. My experience here has been sensational. I choose this apartment after a thorough screening of several other locations as I had lost my home during the Harvey Storm in Houston. Everyone who occupies apartments here is marvelous and so helpful to each other. I have an apartment with two bedrooms, a great kitchen, living area, bathrooms and equipment in the kitchen which is complete as well as a washer… dryer right in the apartment. I am widowed but choose the two bedrooms so I could set up my office. Both of these rooms are large and I can easily store my files and equipment without any difficulty. I also like the security set up on entering and leaving this facility. I am so fortunate to have found this location. I would be happy to recommend it to all my friends. Finally, I must compliment the managers who are always ready to provide services when needed. This is a valuable feature for me.

Love it !!!

We just moved in about 1 month ago and we love it!!! New and clean, exactly what we was looking for !!! Office staff are very nice, friendly and helpful with anything we need or have questions about.
