Pool is frequently closed, grills rarely work, frequent problems with appliances, do not set up appointments prior to entering home as asked, high prices.

I’ve been a resident of Cortland Town Center Apartments for almost four years now and would highly recommend this community. Proximity to Town Center is great, Maintenance and Office staff are hard-working and courteous, and it’s generally a pretty quiet place, considering how many people live here! I love my townhome apartment and its bayou view — it’s a great place to live!

Great location of a well designed and decorated facility with competent and resident friendly managers and associates.
It’s close proximity to store allows us to walk for groceries and personal services. Our gasoline bill is half what it was before we moved here.
