Mom lives here would just gather with friends to socialize, but stopped when rude residents got away with cursing or making obscene hand gestures at my mom and her friends, even beat two of them up. One of those beaten is a wounded warrior who was put in the emergency room by a resident she had already reported to management. The police are there ALOT. Management demands entry into your apartment for tons of inspections and nit-pick you but don't tell you they do this when you sign a lease... there. The building is always filthy unless management is being inspected. This page says they have dining rooms, on-site maintenance, on-site management. But they don't. The maintenance man is only on property 2 days a week, manager 2-3 days, and both are rude to residents. Pet fee is $300, not $200. My friend and mother both have said they have never seen a steam cleaning company in any apartment before it gets leased to new renters. The security code panel doesn't keep criminals from entering the building at night. Tons of complaints about this place, but little room to type.
