I’ve enjoyed living here. Noisy neighbors are an ongoing issue, but the location and staff are awesome. Cool amenities and pretty nice view outside.

Nice apartment community for a lower price. Good employees with good maintenance help. Boat slips are nice if you need one. Wildlife around so watch out to help preserve their space as well.

Parking genuinely sucks. Half of the month I feel like I can barely park in my lot let alone in front of my door, and the maintenance people really don't do what you ask half the time

This is a wonderful place to live. It is crazy quiet. The staff are always attentive and helpful. Having the trash picked up at my door is a godsend. Neighbors are friendly and polite.
