So far this has been a great experience living at CP Waterfront, we enjoy the gym and neighbors also it's a great location near my job and grocery stores.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a while, and unfortunately my experience has been mixed. The location is convenient and the property itself looks nice, but security has been a major concern. There have been incidents of vehicle break-ins, which left me feeling frustrated and unsafe. While maintenance requests are generally handled in a reasonable amount of time, communication from management can sometimes be inconsistent.

For the amount residents pay in rent, I would expect stronger... security measures and more proactive responses to resident concerns. If you’re considering moving here, I would recommend asking questions about security, parking, and how issues are handled before signing a lease.

Overall, the complex has potential, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

We've been here for about a month now and we haven't had any issues! It's very quiet and calm here. Maintenance has been great they're very quick and they get the job done very efficiently. Everyone has been nice and welcoming.

I’ve been here over two years now, and I love this property! Management now is so friendly and helpful. Karin and her team are wonderful and address any issues promptly with great communication. The pet friendly complex is awesome, and the area stays clean keeping residents accountable and providing safe spaces for the furry friends! The trees, wildlife and waterfront property makes for an exciting and beautiful living experience. I would 10/10 recommend this property!
