Not a bad place to live. The parking is nice, community is quiet. My only complaint is the maintenance and whoever they use to get the apartments ready for move in. There was paint on pretty much every appliance, even the toilet. There was glue in multiple spots on the floor I had to scrub off. The finishes on the countertops and tub are also not very well done. I guess that comes with the price but the attention to detail could’ve been much better.

Quiet place to live. The staff are always helpful. Maintenance requests always get done quickly. Having access to the lake is a huge plus. Nice pool and dog park.

Love this place! Would recommend to anyone! Great location, staff, maintenance team, and people. A pretty quiet community. They are constantly doing fun things to bring the community together during holidays, back to school and more!

The rent is low compared to the area, but the apartments are old and repairs are bandaids. Not all community rules are applied throughout the complex and not every building/section has the same vibe. It could be much worse apartment living, and overall I’d recommend if you’re on a budget
