Fairways at South Shore

I have lived here on and off multiple times over the years, I'm a current resident now and I love the staff here! Everyone in the office is so kind, maintenance is very fast too! They're always doing resident appreciation events and giving out goodies, scheduling food trucks for us during the week. It's great fun! The property is in a really wonderful neighborhood as well, it's a beautiful space right on the golf course, surrounded by trees. Pretty place to call home!

Fairways it’s amazing. Apartments are really nice, community is clean and well maintained. Staffs members are friendly and willing to help. Maintenance team is very efficient. I definitely recommend living here!

I have a resident of this complex for 14 years and counseling. I have no desire to leave.. everyone here on staff is beyond amazing!! from Kellie, the property manager, to Hope and Daniela in the office, to all the maintenance personnel. They are true rock stars.! Any issue I’ve had, and they have been very small and quantity, has been resolved promptly and quickly. I have undergone many negative personal situations in the last few years, the staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. ... I have no complaints about anything here or anyone here. I love the fairways! I move in a couple of months ago and from move in to resident events they have been the best. My floorplan has such a home feeling to it (doral). The location is also very convenient, close to Kemah and target and a grocery store. It has been the best i would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
