Leander Park Apartments

If I could give this property zero stars, I would.

My daughter lived here for about a year, and for months she dealt with a severe mold problem that spread throughout her apartment, damaging clothing, furniture, shoes, and other personal belongings. The conditions became so bad that she became sick and ultimately had to move out early.

What was even more disappointing was management’s response. Instead of taking responsibility, the property manager actually suggested the mold was caused... because the apartment was “dusty.” That explanation was insulting and ignored the real issue. Mold is caused by moisture, not dust.

We were told an independent assessment would be completed and that management would follow up. We patiently waited, sent multiple emails, and gave them every opportunity to make things right. Instead, we were met with silence. Weeks went by without meaningful communication or any attempt to resolve the situation.

The most frustrating part wasn’t just the mold. It was the complete lack of accountability. A company shows its true character when something goes wrong, and this management team chose to ignore the problem instead of addressing it.

If you’re considering living here, ask about mold complaints and pay close attention to how management handles serious maintenance issues. Our experience was incredibly disappointing, and I would never recommend this property to family or friends. Read More

Really great community and well-versed staff. Have had no issues from the time i came and have had a very peacefull time here. Great first week at Leander Park. The move-in process was smooth, the unit was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The common areas are nice and the amenities work as advertised. Too early to judge long-term maintenance or management reliability, but so far I'm impressed with the experience.

It’s very neat and leasing employees are very friendly and resolve with in short time any kind of issues.

So far the experience is good, community is calm and secure. Trash collection at door step and internet with one line free for year and more benefits. Friendly staff and easy to reach.

It has been great so far! Love the space and the way this complex looks. However I do wish this place had thicker walls as its a little easy to hear people running up and down the stairs so often.
