The office team is very nice. I have called several times since I have moved here with concerns and questions. They say they will call you back to assist. But never do. Josh has been the only person who has called back and has helped me to resolve issues on numerous occasions. He is AWESOME! If he does not have a answer to my questions or concerns. He says he will find out and get back with me. And he has all the time. Thank You Josh!

Saratoga is not a good place to live especially if you pay rent on time. The amenities we are paying for is not available. They should remove the fees. The street has lots of pot holes. Upon move in , it was the horrible experience ever and management didn’t take it serious. I have videos and pictures.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! It took almost four days to fix one thing, which is unacceptable. A reasonable amount of time should be 24 to 48 hours at most to get something fixed, but that wasn't done. I am very dissatisfied with the services at my complex and the lack of accountability and management that should be taking care of residents, who pay a lot of money to live here. The parking lots have several holes and many issues; the parking gates don't work, even though it’s supposed to be a gated... community, and now anyone can come in. This is unacceptable. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move and find a place that is more secure and takes better care of residents by addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner.
