Cottage Row Apartments

Since the New owners bought the property in May of 2023, it's been the worst experience. There are residents without hot water since August, no pest control for 3 months although they charge you for it each month. There are roaches that have invaded my apartment since next door neighbors moved 6 weeks ago. Although repeated requests have been ignored to complete pest control. There are people that have pulled up to move in and the apartment they were rented someone else has moved in. NO... maintenance crew since they fired the one we had before buying the property. That was an Epic FAIL Mold smells in the walls that they won't treat other than pouring bleach under the bathroom sink once. Sewer gas smells in the bathroom. IF you move here you will regret it. My husband and myself have been driving through this property for weeks now and applied for a lease here. Upon every drive through this property we have seen a very peaceful property and no disturbances. The property management has either answered the phone every time we have called or immediately called us right back with friendliness and caring attitude. The property is well kept, mowed, with no trace of any trash on the grounds. The residents we have seen outside appear to be friendly and... caring as well. It's location is wonderful for it is right in the middle of Mabank making it easy access to all kinds of shopping needs! Read More
