Constant trouble
I’ve been living here since May and it’s been constant issues. When we moved in there was an insane wasp infestation right outside our front door that took quite a while to get resolved. And then the next month we found out our mailbox key didn’t work and we got the runaround for weeks about getting the new key.
THEN we started having issues with our cooling and they just kept coming out to reset the breaker and it would last for a few hours and then bust again… oh and meanwhile this whole time... our water in our shower, the temp is reversed. The hot water side puts out cold water and vice versa. When this was brought up they told us it was incorrectly installed but did nothing to fix it.
And now in the past few months they’ve introduced an ai assistant called maya. You can call the front office, and it leads to maya. You call the 24/7 EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE LINE and it leads to maya. You cannot get a hold of an actual person. One time the city shut off water for a main pipe fix, and whenever we called it would ring once and hang up.
And now, it’s been snowing and icy and freezing for like three days. And our heater is barely working. They came out at the beginning and said it was because we had the heat on on instead of auto…. Um okay. Now it’s not working again
Maintenance was just here and told us that our heater isn’t working because we have our heater set to 73. And that 76 is where it has to be to work. When the COMPLEX themselves emailed to have it set at 70. We showed him that and he said the complex was wrong. Why would 3 degrees make our heater stop working entirely?? Then he says he was here Friday and nobody was here and our heater wires were melted. Uh, someone was here all day Friday, and NOBODY showed up. He said there’s picture proof in the rental app and that we could pull it up. We pulled it up and there was nothing. He then said it hadn’t been posted yet. Which is it? We got in an argument and he called his boss to prove to us he was here Friday and lied to his boss that we had our heater set to 66. Then he called US liars to his boss and hung up the phone. When his boss called back we were told we would be getting to talk to him when he’s back at the complex. This is the worst complex I’ve ever been at. Oh? And the best part? His boss literally never confirmed that anyone was here Friday.
