I love living here, it's comfortable and convenient to be around a good chuck of the stores and work. Neighbors seem very friendly. Had a package and a plant stand stolen. That is my only downfall

Braunfels Place apartments is a good place to live if you love kids playing in the streets, running in front of your moving car in your own driveway with no parental supervision and no laws to change it from happening. Kids throwing balls with no respect to people's gardens and other property. I really did love living here until this past summer. Seems to be a lot more kids running the streets because there is literally no play area for kids here. Lovely staff and maintenance team though.

I can’t believe I’ve been living in Braunfels place for 10 years now. It’s a very nice place to live. The area is in a great neighborhood. It’s very clean, quiet, and has a very nice staff to insure it. It’s in a great location just inside of I 35 and surrounded by easy to get to markets, restaurants and entertainment.
