I’ve lived here for about a month now and I love it. It’s very quiet and the complex is always kept clean. The people working in the leasing office are very helpful and always have a great attitude.

My experience of Willow Springs apartments has been wonderful.
I have a great view with amazing neighbors.
The office staff are always so sweet and you can tell they really care.
The maintenance are quick and very helpful.
I have lived here for twenty five years with very few problems.
When the rest of Pasadena has been without electricity, my apartment had full power.

It’s a calm peaceful environment, you feel safe at all times. The facility is clean, no trash around the grounds. Maintenance team is amazing, they always fix the problem in a timely manner and are very nice.

Very quiet community. Maintenance work very timely, and are very professional. Yard work is always upkeep, very well cleaned around the apartments. Lived here 3 years and minor work has ever been needed, and if so the workers came same day or next.
