This has honestly been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The ongoing maintenance problems, poor management response, and lack of proper living conditions are extremely frustrating. For the amount of rent being charged, I expected a safe, comfortable, and functional apartment, but the experience has been the complete opposite.

Pros: Best locality you could find in and around Irving. Neat and safe despite open access to road.
Cons: If you are expecting decent appliances, think twice to move here. They have age old stuff that are almost at the end of their life. Problem is for the price you pay, you at least deserve decent stuff installed.
