I reported an issue with the flooring panels in the bathroom and kitchen being warped and bowing out. It's like walking around in a bouncing castle. I submitted the work request in May. The staff member who inspected it said she would get the contractor to come look. That never happened. I was ghosted.
When I went back last month to ask what the status is, they had no idea what I was talking about and said the lady who was overseeing it was no longer there. So we started from scratch. One of the... maintenance guys knocked on the door at 6:30, while we were eating dinner, and took photos of the floors. Then he said the contractor would come the next day. That was 3 weeks ago. I got ghosted again and I'm still bouncing around on the floors.
I'm baffled by the ineptness of this management company. They're just like all the others.

Apartment complex is clean and the staff is very straight forward and nice. The rent is fair and the location is great. The apartments themselves are well laid out. My only issue is the time maintenance takes to get around to malfunctions I have make aware to the staff.
