Riachi at One21 has very well kept grounds, their pools are very nice and always open, the Fitness room is above average, and the location is central for where my wife and I work and live.

I had no bad experience before at all and maintenance was great, only one thing matters; how the new team behave to the residents because nobody leaves here for free.

I have lived here for 4 months, having left a prior apartment complex after 14 years due to a new and unresponsive onsite manager (and unresponsive owners) and related lack of maintenance. Management here at Riachi One21 is fully responsive. The ink on a service request is barely dry before maintenance shows up. Maintenance is handled professionally by personable and patient staff. Four months into this new home, I can recommend it without reservation.

Beautiful apartment and outstanding customer service. Patrick gave us a five stars service throughout the process and was very welcoming! Maintenance's are prompt so far. We moved from a house to this apartment and were amazed how it felt like home right away. Very clean, great appliances and amenities.
