Since I've moved in, I've met some very nice people. I'm beginning to really like it here and I hope to make this my permanent home. Especially since I really hate moving. The location is fantastic, my pets seem to like it and I haven't met anyone who was unapproachable. Even management is friendly. My friend will be moving in next week.

I've been here just a few days and so far everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I think once I get settled and used to the new routine I'll really enjoy the community. The location is perfect and very convenient.

The orchards at Market Plaza has been one of the nicest and best places I have ever lived. My wife and I are very happy here and plan to be here for the foreseeable future. Great Staff, and maintenance team.

Living in an apartment after years in a house is quite a change!
My wife is doing great here, but I was hoping for a community with a mix of ages.
Still, it’s a lovely place to live, and the neighbors are super nice and quite the characters!
