I have lived at the Gregory since its establishment. Remaining in the same apartment. I have watched management come and go; however, the service and commitment to the tenants has remained the same. I enjoy the community events; such as the food trucks, wine Wednesday, movie nights, etc. I am appreciative of the pet friendly environment because my fur babies are family not just pets. I would recommend The Gregory community to my family and friends, and I have. My experience at the Gregory has... been pleasurable and long term. I enjoy calling The Gregory my home.

I absolutely love this community. The front staff is super kind and prompt with any questions or needs I have. Their entire team works hard to get everything we need, including the maintenance team. The apartments are kept very clean from the amenities and community areas, to the halls and garages to the apartment interiors, everything is well kept.

The Gregory provides you with a home that you can be comfortable in and knowing that they’re always there for you is a plus. We enjoy the community and all the events they provide for us. Our dog loves the dog park and enjoys his nature walk throughout the community. Lastly I always feel safe night or day.
