If i could give them 0 stars I would
I moved into this apartment on March 7, 2026, and immediately noticed signs of a leak and mold in the unit. I reported the issue the same day, and it was confirmed that management was already aware of the problem prior to my move-in. Despite this, I was still allowed to move into the apartment without the issue being resolved.
Since then, I have made multiple reports to the leasing office, maintenance staff, and property manager. While there have been a few visits and even a plumber sent out,... no actual repairs were completed inside my unit for an extended period of time. The situation eventually worsened, resulting in active water leaking into my apartment and damage to my personal property.
Even after escalation, I have received little to no follow-up on key concerns, including repair timelines, relocation options, or concessions. I was also told relocation was not an option, despite the condition of the unit and the extent of repairs needed.
Although I have recently been told the leak has been stopped, mold growth has continued and additional areas have appeared. Management has repeatedly stated that there is no mold present; however, due to these ongoing denials, I am now paying out of pocket for a professional mold testing company to inspect the unit.
I am still waiting on clear answers, proper remediation, and a resolution that addresses both the condition of the unit and the impact this has had.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially as a new resident. Communication has been inconsistent, and there has been a lack of urgency in addressing a situation that directly affects health and safety.
I would strongly encourage future residents to thoroughly inspect their unit before moving in and to ensure that any known issues are fully resolved beforehand.
