Me encantan estos apartamentos! Kenya es muy linda y lista para trabajar! Y la nueva manager Gabriela es bien rápida a resolver problemas y muy generosa

Their manager Gabby was helpful when we needed a new stove and carpet cleaning she worked with us and got back to me as soon as possible. The school was down the street so it was convenient and was a good home for me and my little family.

Unsafe apartments!!! TRUCK STOLEN & RANDOM MAN FOLLOWED ME TO MY DOOR, apartment complex doesn't have cameras & refuse to set up any. My doorway camera got footage of man following me (a young female) to my door, maybe worker. Complex was unhelpful when my dads truck was stolen. No security at all for a couple years now. Multiple people from around the neighborhood come & throw their trash which then fills up before it can be of any use to tenants. Charging a... really high amount to renew lease but it has huge cockroaches outside. When we first moved in we got rid of them inside but they still are infested outside. Cars drive fast around the parking lot & no gates or sped bumps to slow them down. Toilet is still not working properly & I left voicemails for the issue. Should at least offer same price for renewal since we've dealt with unsafe issues but they are overpricing them. None of the amenities listed actually happen. They let anyone park there in the day. I've noticed multiple times cars are parked in the day but moved to the street at night to avoid towing.

¡¡¡Apartamentos inseguros!!! CAMIÓN ROBADO Y HOMBRE ME SIGUIÓ A MI PUERTA, apartamentos no tiene cámaras y se niega a configurar ninguna. La cámara de mi puerta tenía imágenes de un hombre siguiéndome (una joven) hasta mi puerta, creo que fue su trabajador. El complejo no fue útil cuando me robaron el camión de mi padre. No hay seguridad en absoluto desde hace un par de años. Varias personas de todo el vecindario vienen y tiran su basura, que luego se llena antes de que pueda ser de utilidad para los inquilinos. Cobrando una cantidad muy alta para renovar el contrato de arrendamiento, pero tiene enormes cucarachas afuera. Cuando nos mudamos por primera vez tuvimos deshacernos de ellos por dentro, pero todavía están infestados por fuera. Los coches conducen rápido por el estacionamiento y no hay puertas para ralentizarlos. El inodoro todavía no funciona correctamente y dejé mensajes de voz para el problema, ni siquiera tienen un correo electrónico que funciona. Al menos deberíamos ofrecer el mismo precio para la renovación, ya que hemos lidiado con problemas inseguros, pero les están sobreprecio. Ninguna de las comodidades enumeradas ocurre realmente. Worst apartment complex in Richardson. Don't waste your money here!! Maintenance and management are horrible and they will ignore work orders. Maintenance "repairs" are useless. There is mold growing in many parts of my apartment and they have ignored the work orders I've placed. This new management is very unprofessional and it's clear that they don't have any experience.

New management is horrible, so many changes and increased prices. Complex has sewage problems, no hot water, mold that they just paint over and no one answers the phone or emails for weeks. No visitor parking because they make it very difficult to have visitors.
