NO NO NO

Save your money and live elsewhere.. even the pictures that they posted are deceiving. Cockroach infested and the leasing office is near impossible to contact. None of the units are actually upgraded, water is constantly being turned off even in the summer, pool was shut down by the health inspector. Need I go on?

Belle Grove is a hellhole.

In about 2010, they raised the rent so high that many elderly residents were forced to move. The ground cover near sidewalks were CRAWLING with fleas, so make sure your fur babies do NOT play in there. The whole place has such potential if they fixed things, but they won’t. Fast forward to when my daughter decided to live there against my advice, things were even worse. The AC cooling in Apt POURED water into the hallway. Every time it rained, there was mud all over the sidewalk, and this is… important because my daughter uses hand crutches to get around: the mud literally STRANDED her in her apt., and management just didn’t care. This place is a TINY step up from being homeless in San Francisco. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE, or allow your friends or loved ones to sign a lease here. Couch surf…pitch a tent….sleep in your car! All those are better than the slum (right across from Richardson City Hall, no less!) than this tenement slum known as Belle Grove.

Roach infested and just terrible

These apartments are completely infested with roaches, and they don’t care about tenants at all. The garbage is always piled high near the dumpster.

Water always off

I have been here for 4 years and they are always shutting of the water for no reason. This is it, I have had enough. They need to be more responsible with the problems of residents
