I am extremely disappointed with the current condition of this complex. The property has become increasingly filthy and poorly maintained, creating an environment that feels unsanitary and neglected. Common areas are not being kept to an acceptable standard, and the lack of security measures, including the absence of cameras, makes the property feel unsafe.
I have concerns about the overall management and upkeep of the community. Residents should not have to live in an environment where... cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance are ongoing issues.
Due to these continued problems and the lack of improvement, I will not be renewing my lease. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes for the residents who remain.

Providing a clean, and welcoming community is a top priority for our team, and we're disappointed to learn that we... have fallen short in your eyes. We understand how important cleanliness, maintenance, and a sense of security are to our residents' overall living experience. Our property is equipped with cameras in our common areas and parking garage, as well as a daily patrol service from 6 pm to 6 am.
Our team works diligently each day to address community concerns, complete maintenance requests, and maintain the common areas, but we recognize there is always room for improvement. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can do better.
We're sorry to hear that you have decided not to renew your lease, but we sincerely appreciate the time you spent as a resident of our community and if you ever decide to call Ovation home again, we are here.
