At this time it’s unfair to provide a review for Granary Flats since the leasing process from the beginning was a mess since a 3rd party company messed up with a background check , no explanation on apps to use and no welcome process for the move in except signing documents.

The only issue I have with the apartment complex itself is the cleanliness of the doors, hallways and stairways. They appear to be in need of a thorough cleaning and pressure washing. Regular maintenance of these areas would greatly improve the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.

Overall, I enjoy living at Granary Flats. The community has a peaceful atmosphere, the residents are friendly, and I really enjoy the pool area.The maintenance team is also helpful and responsive. I love how convenient the location is, being so close to so many restaurants and grocery stores. I love Alexis, she’s amazing and always willing to help.
