I truly enjoy living in this community. The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive and the atmosphere is welcoming. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly, and the team always goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued.

I genuinely like every one of the staff at Granary Flats. Work orders are addressed quickly. Property is always kept up. Family friendly property events (pool parties, food trucks, etc.) regularly. Just a really nice community to be part of.

Overall, the apartment and community are beautiful, and the property is well-maintained. Unfortunately, I have not been enjoying my time here, and I’ve only been here a few weeks. The biggest issue has been the excessive noise from my upstairs neighbors, especially during quiet hours. It has been so loud at night that I’ve been unable to sleep and have even had to call off work a few times because of lack of rest. I really regret making the move, but it is what it is.
