Apartments have roaches, they never go away!!!!!. Kitchen cabinets are from the 80's and are falling apart. Kitchen counters have a fake marble like covering and ugly. Needs updating. Plenty of other apartments in the Austin area that offer better for the same price. Apartments that face busy street very noisy all the time, never stops.

These apartments are the type you get what you pay. Their not cheap but for a 2 bedroom, I believe they are priced okay. They are not the finest but not the worst. Outside view could use a make over. The inside is okay. You can tell the apartments are older, but they have done minimal upgrades. At some point, you will deal with a pest issue. Its unfortunate but it happens. If you put in a complaint of something needing to be fixed they do respond quickly. There is a park by the apartments.… Depending on where your building is at, its about a 1-5 minute walk. As for a pool, there is one but we do not use it. It does not appear to be well kept, nor does the water look like it would be refreshing . Overall on a scale of 1- 10 I would rate the apartment about a 5. Part of our issues that we have is because of other tenants. Its not all the apartments fault. I just wish they could do better management of them to be sure they don't contribute to the pest issues and better control of them cleaning up after their dogs. Read More
