The staff is wonderful and made move in a breeze. You can tell that everyone is really happy to live here.

There are all sorts of residents in all sorts of different phases of life. I haven’t been able to meet a lot of people yet- but we will get there.

HEB is right across the street and there are a couple good happy hour spots that are walking distance too. It’s nice!

Too many guests with no wrist bands to loud parties.

Best place to live nice people The units are spacious with modern finishes, and the kitchen appliances are up to date and reliable. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours, which I really appreciate. The leasing office staff is friendly, though communication can be inconsistent at times.

The amenities—especially the gym and pool—are a nice bonus, though they can get crowded on weekends. Parking is decent, though guest spots are limited. One downside is the thin walls—you can... hear your neighbors if they’re loud.
