Mission Hill

Mission Hill is beautiful and the staff gave us a warm welcoming like they were happy we were there! Both pools are terrific! Ones just super large and the other one is a lazy river, wow!!! Can't wait for Summer! You won't regret calling Mission Hill your home!

I've been at the complex since June, and even with the anticipated complications regarding the new construction, I have very much enjoyed living here. My move in date was initially set for the beginning of June, but due to construction it was pushed back. The office was very prompt to alert me of this, and assured me that the rent would be pro-rated to reflect the days I would have to wait and offered to reimburse any lodging costs until the unit was available. Luckily, I could stay with friends... and happily moved into my apartment later that month, what could of been quite stressful was handled professionally. As with any rental situation, there will always be bumps in the road, but the staff has always been incredibly accommodating. Any issue I have had has been resolved with one trip to the office!

The pool is always clean and available, with plenty of seating in the shade!

This is my first apartment after dealing with college apartments and I have not regretted my decision once. The size of the one bedroom apartment is spacious and the kitchen is huge. The community is great, the free Starbucks coffee is a life saver, and the new apartments look awesome. Also landscaping looks very nice, I always see the groundskeepers out early and they're all friendly.

Dont be fooled by the glowing reviews previous posted Ive lived here a little over 6 months and my experience has been bellow par. The office staff is anything but "fabulous" useless is a better term! The apartments and pictures are promised in the amenities but those fall short. "IE the pool" its summer time and we are not allowed to go swimming. their are more interested in leasing the new section instead of taking care of current tenants. The "Manager" can list all these positive feed back... here. WE HAVE BEEN NEGLECTED!

I just wanted to say that my son and I have been living here at Mission Hill for almost two years and it has been great! We love our apartment and the office staff and maintenance staff are fabulous! I wanted to thank them for all that they do for our community and you are greatly appreciated! The breakfast at the clubhouse was awesome last Saturday and we have enjoyed the gatherings that you have hosted. Last year my dryer broke and it was fixed within a day!!! Wow!!! My... son and I also enjoy the park and we look forward to the new lazy river pool opening up!! The people that live here are friendly and considerate. By far this is the best apartment complex in town! Thank you Mission Hill!!!

The staff is great and maintenance is great! Pet friendly, so many different ammenties from Starbucks Coffee bar, business center, dogs parks, dog wash, free weekend trips to the river, the list goes on! I'll be living here for a while.
