Residences at Grayson Heights

Management is great. I just wish tenants would be more considerate of the property. Because cmon, broken garage gate, broken entrance doors, malfunctioning elevators. Lately there has been reckless tenants driving recklessly around the property. Which one tenant almost careened my vehicle, entering the property. If I was not careful, my vehicle would have been hit by this reckless driver. Not to mention been experiencing noisy upstairs tenants, being a nuisance, past cut off hrs . After 10pm and... sometimes five in the morning. Some tenants seem to not have common courtesy and class now and days. There has even been situations, where tenants dont pick up there pets excrement, and instances where pet excrement has been left right by the entrances to certain buildings. I am unsure, if I will renew my lease within the next three months. Property has gone from great, to just average and is only get worse. Read More

This is a great place to live! Amenities are great, people are kind, and management is timely! Shared spaces are clearly maintained. So close to The Pearl, a short walk or quick and reasonable Uber ride. I love living at RGH!

Very nice apartment complex, not only that, but staff is very nice. When I toured the apartments the staff was very frinedly and answered any and all questions I had. Give them all raises!

Some many good things; great staff to interact with, really good amenities, apartment units are really nice, safety and security is handled well, really convenient location, very reasonable prices. Only negative for me: stairs and elevators locations are odd and take some getting used to.

So far– and this is before my furniture even arrives! – I really appreciate this community. It is an interesting place to be, and my place has a lovely view of the neighborhood from the balcony. I’m directionally challenged, so I’m still learning the best route to take to my apartment – but I always find my way.

The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and detailed in such a way that a person could make it their own. It seems quiet, too.

I’m about to go make use of the computer center,... since I foolishly packed the power cord to my laptop on the truck. That makes me appreciative of that particular amenity.

A little bit daunted by all the homework a resident has to do– setting up accounts for packages, parking (if you have a car, which I don’t.), pets, everything. But it’s worth it to live in a secure, pleasant environment.
I’m happy so far, and most pleased with the leasing staff who have made it possible by being patient and helpful in the extreme. Read More
