However, using outdated photos can create a misleading representation of the property's current condition. As the management company, our priority has always been to address maintenance concerns and repairs as quickly as possible- this includes surprise mishaps that arise with new constructions. While many repairs can be completed promptly, others require specialized contractors, manufacturer parts, or permitting, which can unfortunately extend repair timelines beyond our preferred schedule. We will certainly take this as opportunity to walk property again and see if new concerns have arisen. Regarding the water concerns, we understand and appreciate the importance of water conservation and the impact infrastructure issues can have on both residents and the greater San Antonio community. We would never knowingly ignore or contribute to a situation that could negatively impact our residents, our city resources, or create unnecessary financial burden, as implied in this review. We also encourage ensuring that information shared publicly is accurate and reflects the full scope of the situation. The matter referenced is significantly more complex than presented here and involves ongoing assessments and coordination related to regional groundwater and infrastructure conditions that have affected multiple properties and areas throughout San Antonio. With respect to pest concerns, as with any multifamily community in South Texas, occasional pest activity can occur due to our climate changes and We maintain a proactive pest control program and remain committed to addressing any issues within our control promptly. Our parking and towing policies are clearly communicated to residents, with the goal of ensuring available parking and a fair experience for everyone in the community. While we understand that towing situations can be frustrating, these policies are consistently enforced to protect the community as a whole. We also appreciate your comments regarding security. While no community in San Antonio—or any city—can realistically guarantee zero crime, resident safety remains one of our highest priorities. We encourage prospective residents to research not only individual properties but also the surrounding neighborhood and city when making housing decisions. We continue to evaluate and enhance our security measures whenever opportunities arise. As for the garage gate referenced, while we respect your perspective, we also believe it's important to acknowledge the facts. The damage referenced in your photo was indeed was caused by a resident vehicle and was significant enough to require extensive repairs. During that time, the garage itself remained secure and accessible, unlike many communities that leave damaged gates open until repairs are completed. Since then, we have also installed additional LED guidance lighting to improve visibility and help prevent similar incidents in the future. We recognize that every resident's experience is unique, and we never claim to be a perfect community.
